I have three years of experience teaching group fitness classes and training clients. As a personal trainer, I focus on safe functional and effective exercises. Training with me will improve your core strength, flexibility and balance. I also include basic nutritional counseling to help clients pick up healthy eating habits with every personal training session (carnivores, pescatarians, vegetarians, and vegans, all included!).
With the unique needs of each client in mind, I like to create a training program that delivers you results. Some clients are looking to improve balance and make every day tasks easier, while others want to focus on performance for competitive sports events. Some clients have training limitations, like osteoporosis, recovering from stroke, or joint injuries. Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain weight, train hard, or just feel better, I can teach you how to live that healthy active lifestyle. You just have to show up ready to make a commitment!
I started my fitness career at the University of Florida with the Group Fitness Instructor Training Program. I have a personal training certification from PTA Global. I stay current with the fitness industry and constantly retraining so I can bring you the best training methods.
